How quickly will you reply?

We answer emails and form enquiries on working days, Monday to Saturday. If your message is about an order, include the order number in the first line and it will be dealt with faster.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also sign in with the mobile number or email you ordered with and see every order and its status under your account - no password needed.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days, so we can usually amend one before it leaves - but once it is with the courier it cannot be changed.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Record a single continuous unboxing video that starts with the parcel still sealed and clearly shows the damage as you open it, then email it to info@viraaprofessional.com with your order number within one hour of delivery. We ask for this because the claim is raised against the courier's delivery record and they will not accept one without it.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across the pincodes we serve, with a Rs. 59 handling fee added at checkout. We verify your mobile number with a one-time code before the order is confirmed, which keeps the delivery rate honest for everyone.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. A tax invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you. If you are buying for a business and need your GSTIN on it, send it to us with your order number and we will reissue the invoice.

How do I open a wholesale or trade account?

Use the wholesale enquiry form with your business name, city, GSTIN and expected monthly volume. We will come back with the current rate card, the minimum order that applies to you, and answer anything else you need before opening an account.
