Every festival brings a wall of offers, and most of them are the same offer wearing a different colour. What is running

Why one product is 5% and not 15%

Stacking a full festival rate on top of a standing one is how a shop ends up selling below what it can sustain, and then quietly raising the base price next quarter to cover it.

What is actually worth buying at 15% off
If you are still building your kit
Buy the boring things first. A base coat, a top coat and four or five shades you will genuinely use will do more for your work than fifteen colours and no prep system. If you are working full time
